Steps to Set Up Domain Forwarding in Yahoo Small Business

NOTE: Domain Forwarding is only available on Business Mail, Domains, Custom Mailbox, and Web Hosting plans.

1.) Go to the My Services page via link https://www.yahoosmallbusiness.com/services. Wait until the My Service page gets opened on your screen.

NOTE: Make sure that you are logged into your Yahoo Small Business account.

2.) Once you are on the My Service page, you will need to click on the Domain option located under the CONTROL PANELS section.

3.) Next, you will need to select the Domain Forward tab and click on the “unlock your domain” option (if it is locked) to proceed further.

4.) Then, you will need to click on the Create Forward link option and select your Destination Type and Forward Type.

NOTE: Here you will find two options under both sections– Destination Type and Forward Type

Destination Type

  • To any other website
  • To one of your websites here

Forward Type

  • Unmasked
  • Masked

Select the appropriate option as per your requirement.

5.) After making the appropriate changes, simply enter the desired URL in the Enter external destination field and click on the Add button.

NOTE: In case you are going for a masked forward to a Website Builder or Web Hosting site with SSL enabled, you will need to select the “https://” located next to Enter external destination field. This will open a drop-down menu.
