For TWC.com and other domain ending in .rr.com not provided above, you can use the following email server settings.

  • Incoming Email Server: mail.twc.com
  • Outgoing Email Server: mail.twc.com

Once you have the Spectrum email server settings, you can easily configure your Spectrum email account on Android and iOS by following the steps provided below.

For iPhone Email App

NOTE: The below-mentioned instructions are provided for the iPhone with iOS 12.1 or above versions.

  1. Start by download the latest version of the Mail app on your iPhone.
  2. Once the Mail application gets downloaded on your iPhone, you will need to launch it and tap on the Other option.
  3. Next, you will need to enter the required information in the appropriate fields on your screen and typemobile.charter.net in the Description field. Once you are done entering this information, you will need to tap on the Next option.

NOTE: In case the term “Charter” displays automatically in the Description field, make sure to delete it and type mobile.charter.net instead.

  • On the next screen, you will need to ensure that the toggle button is activated for the Mail application before you tap on the Save option.
  • Once you see your Spectrum Inbox on the screen, it means that your Spectrumemail account is ready to be used on your iPhone.

For Android Phone

  1. To begin with, you will need to go to the Application Menu on your Android phone.
  2. Once you are in the Application Menu, you will need to select the Email application.
  3. In the Email application, you will need to tap on the Add Account option.
  4. On the next screen, you will need to tap on the IMAP option.
  5. After that, simply enter the required Spectrum email server settings using the above-mentioned information for your Spectrum account and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process.

For Mac

  1. Start by downloading the Mail app on your Mac laptop or computer.
  2. After downloading the application, you will need to launch the Mail application, select the Other Mail Account option, and then tap on the Continue button.
  3. Then, you will need to enter the required information in the relevant fields on your screen.
  4. If prompted to provide information in the Description field, you will need to type mobile.charter.net.

NOTE: In case you seethe “charter” appearing automatically in the description field, it is recommended to delete it and type mobile.charter.net.

  • After that, you will just need to follow the on-screen prompts to complete the setup process. Once you see the inbox of your Spectrum email accountdisplaying on the screen, your email account is ready to use.

For Windows 10 Computer

  1. Open your Windows 10 computer, select the Start option, and click on the Mail icon from the menu that displays on the screen.
  2. Once the Mail application display on your screen:
  3. If you don’t have any email accounts set up on your Windows 10 computer, select the Add Account option.
  4. If you have an email account already configured on your Windows 10 Mail application, select the Settings option, and then press the Manage Accounts option.
  5. Then, you will need to select the Add Account option and scroll down to selectthe Advanced setup option.
  6. After that, you will need to select the Internet email option and enter therelevant email settings in the appropriate fields on your screen.
  7. After that,  you will simply need to follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process. After you see your Spectrum email account Inbox on the screen, it means that your email account has been configured on the Mail application of your Windows 10 computer.
