For TWC.com and other domain ending in .rr.com not provided above, you can use the following email server settings.

  • Incoming Email Server: mail.twc.com
  • Outgoing Email Server: mail.twc.com

For iPhone Email App

NOTE: The below-mentioned instructions are provided for the iPhone with iOS 12.1 or above versions.

  1. Start by download the latest version of the Mail app on your iPhone.
  2. Once the Mail application gets downloaded on your iPhone, you will need to launch it and tap on the Other option.
  3. Next, you will need to enter the required information in the appropriate fields on your screen and typemobile.charter.net in the Description field. Once you are done entering this information, you will need to tap on the Next option.

NOTE: In case the term “Charter” displays automatically in the Description field, make sure to delete it and type mobile.charter.net instead.

  • On the next screen, you will need to ensure that the toggle button is activated for the Mail application before you tap on the Save option.
  • Once you see your Spectrum Inbox on the screen, it means that your Spectrumemail account is ready to be used on your iPhone.

For Android Phone

  1. To begin with, you will need to go to the Application Menu on your Android phone.
  2. Once you are in the Application Menu, you will need to select the Email application.

  4. On the next screen, you will need to tap on the IMAP option.
