Automatic Setup

1. On your computer, open the Outlook email program, and click on the File It is located on the upper-left menu bar. Clicking on this option will open a new window on your screen.
2. In the new window, you will need to click on the Info option and then select the Account Settings > Account Settings
3. Once you are in the Account settings section, you will need to enter the details of your email account in the provided fields on the Auto Account Set-up After you have entered the required information in the given fields, you will need to click on the Next button.
4. Then, you will need to wait until Outlook tries to set up your account automatically as an IMAP account with all the correct settings.
5. Once the configuration process gets completed, you will need to click on the Finish button and then on the Close Your Wowway email account will get configured to your Outlook 2016 p\rogram.

Manual Account –Method 1

1. Launch the Outlook email program on your computer, and select the File option located on the upper left menu bar. This will open a menu on your screen.
2. From the menu that appears on your screen, you will need to click on the Info option and then click on the Account Settings > Account Settings. Doing so will direct you to the Add Account
3. In the Add Account window, you will need to select the radio button next to the option – Manual setup or additional server types. This will take you to the next window.
4. Once you are on the next window, you will need to select the radio button next to the option – POP or IMAP. Then, you will need to click on the Next button located on the bottom right corner of the window. This will take you to the Add New Account
5. Once you are in the Add New Account window, enter the required information in the provided fields. After entering the required information in the provided fields, click on the More Settings button located on the bottom-right corner of the window. This will direct you to the More Settings Window.
6. In the More Settings window, go to the Outgoing Server tab, and select the checkbox next to the following two options on your screen:

• My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication checkbox is selected
• Use same settings as my incoming mail server

7. Then, you will need to go to the Advanced In the Advanced tab, we will need to make sure that prompted fields are populated with the information as prescribed below.

POP Port Settings

Server Port Numbers

• Incoming Port(POP3): 110, Outgoing Port(SMTP): 25 or 587
• Secure – Port: 995 and Security Type: SSL/TLS
• Insecure – Port: 110 and Security Type: None
• Not Selected: This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)
• Use the following type of encrypted connection: None

NOTE: In case you are using the IMAP configuration method, you will need to use the following settings.

IMAP Port Settings

• Incoming Port: 143, Outgoing Port: 587
• Secure – Port: 993 and Security Type: SSL/TLS
• Insecure – Port: 143 and Security Type: None
• Not Selected: This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)
• Use the following type of encrypted connection: None

Note: In case you are using Secure SSL / TLS Settings, you will need to select the checkbox next to “This service requires a secure connection (SSL)” option in both Outgoing and Incoming mails.

General SMTP Port Settings

• Outgoing (SMTP) Secure – Port: 465 for and Security Type: SSL/TLS
• Outgoing (SMTP roaming server) Secure – Port: 587 and Security Type: SSL/TLS
• Outgoing (SMTP) – Port: 25 and Security Type: None
• Outgoing (SMTP roaming server) Insecure – Port: 587 and Security Type: None

8. After following the above-mentioned step, you will need to click on the OK button to save these settings. Then, simply complete the configuration process by clicking on the Next button and then on the Finish Your wowwayemail account will get configured on your Outlook 2016 email client.

Manual Account Setup: Method 2

1. Open the Outlook email program on your computer, and click on the File option located on the upper left menu bar on the window. This will open a new window on your screen.
2. From the menu that appears on your screen, select the Info option and then press the Add Account Doing so will direct you to the next screen where you will be asked to enter your email address to add your account.
3. On the next window, you will need to provide your email address in the provided field and then click on the Advanced options located below the field where you will need to enter your email address. Then, select the checkbox next to “Let me set up my account manually” option and click on the Connect

NOTE: If you are using Secure SSL / TLS Settings, you will need to select the checkbox next to “This service requires a secure connection (SSL)” box in both Outgoing and Incoming Mails.

NOTE: In case you are looking to configure your Roadrunner email account using IMAP, you will need to enter the following information in the provided fields.

• Incoming Port: 143
• Outgoing Port: 25
  • Secure – Port: 995 and Security Type: SSL/TLS
  • Insecure – Port: 110 and Security Type: None
• Not Selected: This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)
• Use the following type of encrypted connection: None

General SMTP port Settings

• Outgoing (SMTP) Secure – Port: 465 for and Security Type: SSL/TLS
• Outgoing (SMTP roaming server) Secure – Port: 587 and Security Type: SSL/TLS
• Outgoing (SMTP) – Port: 25 and Security Type: None
• Outgoing (SMTP roaming server) Insecure – Port: 587 and Security Type: None

6. Once you are done entering the required details in the provided field as suggested above, you will need to enter the password in the provided field and click on the OK
7. As you will press the OK button, you will be able to access your wowway email account on Outlook 2016.

Steps to Setup Wowway Email Account on Android Phone

1. Go to the Application screen on your Android phone and tap on the Gmail app icon. This will open the Gmail application on your phone.
2. In the Gmail app, you will need to tap on your profile photo located on the top-right corner of the screen. This will open a small window on your screen.
3. In the window, you will need to tap on the “Add another account” option. This will open a new screen on your phone.
4. On the new screen that appears on your phone, you will need to tap on the Other As you will tap on the Other option, you will be directed to the next screen.
5. On the next screen, you will need to enter your email address in the provided field and select the Manual Setup You will be directed to the next screen where you will be prompted to select from two options – Personal (POP3) and Personal (IMAP).
6. From the given two options, you will need to select a Personal (POP3) You will be prompted to enter the password,
7. Enter the password in the provided field and press the NEXT You will be taken to the screen.

9. Then, you will need to enter the SMTP settings for wowway email as suggested below:

• SMTP Server:mail.wowway.com
• Security type: None
• Port is 25 for Outgoing SMTP
  • Outgoing (SMTP) Secure – Port: 465 for and Security Type: SSL/TLS
  • Outgoing (SMTP roaming server) Secure – Port: 587 and Security Type: SSL/TLS
  • Outgoing (SMTP) – Port: 25 and Security Type: None
  • Outgoing (SMTP roaming server) Insecure – Port: 587 and Security Type: None

10. After that, you will need to select the Done option and you can begin accessing your wowway email account on your Android phone.

Steps to Setup Wowway Email Account on iPhone

Automatic Setup

1. Tap on the Settings icon on your home screen and select the Mail
2. Next, you will need to select the Accounts option and then select the Add Account
3. Then, you will need to select Other option from the menu and then select the Add Mail Account option from the given menu.
4. On the next screen, you will need to enter your Name, Email & Password and then click the Next
5. After that, you will need to select the POP option and scroll down to reach the Incoming Mail Server.
6. In the Incoming Mail Server section, you will need to enter the required detail in the provided fields. You will need to do the same for the Outgoing Mail Server, and then select the Next

NOTE: Make sure to enter your email address in the User Name field. You will need to enter User Name & Password for both Incoming & Outgoing servers.

• Incoming Mail Server Host Name is pop3.mail.wowway.com
• Outgoing Mail Server Host Name is smtpauth.mail.wowway.com

7. You may be prompted to verify the Incoming and Outgoing servers on the next screen. You can click continue for each option or tap “Details” and then tap the “Trust” button.
8. After that. Save the changes you made and then select this new account by going to the Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
9. Now, you will need to select the SMTP server and check the SMTP settings as suggested below:

• Outgoing Mail Server Host Name for WOWWAY.COM is smtpauth.mail.wowway.com
• User Name: Full WOWWAY.COM email address
• Password: Your email password
• Use SSL is On. You can also turn it off and use the correct Port number as below.
  • Outgoing (SMTP) Secure – Port: 465 for and Security Type: SSL/TLS
  • Outgoing (SMTP roaming server) Secure – Port: 587 and Security Type: SSL/TLS
  • Outgoing (SMTP) – Port: 25 and Security Type: None
  • Outgoing (SMTP roaming server) Insecure – Port: 587 and Security Type: None
• Authentication is Password

10. Congratulations! Your wowway email account will be configured on your iPhone.

Manual Setup

1. Open the Mail app on your iPhone and select Mail option from the toolbar at the top, and press Add Account
2. In the Add Account section, you will need to select the Other Mail Account option and set up your email manually.
3. Next, you will need to enter your details and then click on the Sign In Enter the information as suggested as follows:

• Your Name: Enter your name. This would be the name that the sender would see in the email messages you send from this account.
• Email address: Enter your complete email address in the provided field
• Password: Enter your email account password

4. Then, you will need to complete the settings in the relevant fields as suggested below:

• Email Address & User Name: Your full WOWWAY.COM email address
• Password: Your WOWWAY.COM password
• Account Type is IMAP or POP according to preference (IMAP is the default).
• Incoming Mail Server Host Name:mail.wowway.com
• Outgoing Mail Server Host Name:mail.wowway.com

NOTE: You can temporarily use the IP Address in place of Incoming & Outgoing Mail Server for domains still in transfer or propagation.

• You can ignore Unable to verify account name or password

5. Ignore the 2 server identity messages > Continue. You can add the certificate to your trust settings to avoid seeing this message in the future.
6. Then, you will need to select any apps and then the Done option. Your Wowway email account will be set up on your iPhone.
